PROJECT ROADMAP
A foundation for an open AI economy.
Five directions connect the current private Mock foundation to the longer-term vision. Each capability must be implemented, tested and approved before it becomes available.
The phases below describe the public vision, not a delivery calendar. Internal development follows dependencies: test billing and reserve controls precede funded agent execution. No public phase is marked complete.
Expand a phase to read its planned work. Opening it does not change development status.
01Foundation
Partly implemented
The private API, database, authorisation, audit and offline Mock Gateway are implemented. Billing, wallets and test contracts remain planned.
- Implemented: private infrastructure and Mock catalogue / estimation.
- Planned: credit accounting, wallets, isolated signing and test contracts.
02Autonomous Agents
Planned
Compute and Service agents, bounded payments and the first verified economic cycle.
- Persisted tasks and recovery after failures.
- Independent customer acceptance and test settlement.
03Agent Infrastructure
Planned
Interoperability through MCP, A2A, ERC-8004, x402, a Python SDK and an independent client.
- Protocol conformance and ownership checks.
- A closed test pilot before any public service access.
04AI Reserve
Planned
Real financial backing, transparent reporting and a limited programme after validation. Test accounting and mock reserve controls are earlier engineering prerequisites.
- Separate evidence for real assets and accepted obligations.
- Independent checks and approved programme terms.
05Open AI Economy
Planned
Public services, independent developers, a broader model catalogue and an agent service market.
- Public authentication, capacity and abuse controls.
- Commercial provider access and Mainnet require separate readiness decisions.
