Coverage follows obligations
The proposed coverage ratio is eligible reserve value divided by outstanding credit liabilities. The internal test design targets 120% coverage and stops new issuance if it would fall below that level.
- Locked SOVREG is not automatically dollar backing for provider costs.
- Unused and reserved credits both count as obligations until consumed or extinguished.
- Customer escrow funds, vault tokens, reserve assets and operating budgets are accounted for separately.
- When there are no liabilities, the ratio is N/A rather than an invented percentage.
A limited programme, not the whole token supply
Any future backing will apply only to obligations expressly accepted into a launched programme. It does not cover every SOVREG token or guarantee its market value.
Evidence before numbers
A future report should distinguish verified real assets, test assets and unverified information, with its sources, liabilities and verification time. A test Mock USDC balance is a simulation, not financial backing.
